He spent more than a decade with UBS and KPMG, advising on M&A transactions ranging from the A$9bn defence of WMC Resources to the investment of $65m into catch.com.au. Nicholas is currently the executive chairman of Respiri Limited, an ASX-listed SaaS company.

He has a proven track record in leading mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, implementation, scaling businesses, and NFP turnarounds.
